6. 撒特的磨房食材：红二荆条辣椒250克，蚕豆100克。
调料：香醋15克，姜末2克，蚝油5克，小米辣3克，鸡精、味精各1克，盐3克。
辣椒制作：
辣椒洗净，控干水分，放入七成热的油温中小火炸到外皮皱起，捞出晾凉。用手撕掉外皮，从中间纵切一刀，去掉辣椒肚子里的籽和白瓤。
蚕豆制作：
1、干蚕豆买回洗净，放入加了盐的清水中浸泡2天至涨发，取出沥干水分，放入七成热的油中小火炸到蚕豆破壳酥香，等到水分全部炸干，把蚕豆捞出。
走菜流程：
1、走菜时把炸好的蚕豆放入用40克香醋、10克蚝油、3克小米辣、3克姜末、5克盐、2克味精、2克鸡精调成的汁水中浸泡6分钟，等到蚕豆入味，把蚕豆捞起沥干汤汁，放入七成热的油里小火浸炸1分钟回酥，捞出放进小碗。
2、小碗摆放到在盘子左边，盘子右边叠放烧椒，调料放进小碗拌匀后均匀地淋在烧椒和蚕豆上。
